Webex Calling Analytics Set-Up Guide

Follow this guide when selecting licences and integrating analytics with Webex  

Who can use this guide? 

  1. An organisation integrating analytics with their own Webex Calling platform.
  2. A trusted reseller or support partner acting on behalf of a customer who has access to their Webex for Developers portal administrator’s credentials. 
  3. A reseller or support partner working with their customer to integrate analytics. We recommend this is completed in a single collaboration session with the reseller logged into the analytics Service Provider portal and the customer with administration access to their Webex for Developers portal.  

Before you start 

  1. You will need to select your analytics licences. Our handy Subscription Model video, below, will help you choose the right licences for your organisation
  2. You will need access to the analytics Service Provider portal – credentials are provided by email 
  3.  You will need administration access to the organisation’s Webex for Developers portal to create a new integration

Step by step integration guide  

 This guide will help you to access the analytics Service Provider portal, select licences and integrate analytics with Webex. When connected, the analytics application will synchronise with Webex and begin collecting call data.
