The iCall Suite Partner Console is feature rich, providing comprehensive customer management and provisioning tools. Once on-board, partners have access to a sandbox and test facility, customer trials portal and a product demo portal. These tools, coupled with resources available on the Tollring Training Academy facilitate a fast ‘go-to-market’ strategy.
Analytics and Billing
Our partner management console delivers insight into product utilisation and reseller / customer activity across the portfolio. Partners can access activity reporting by reseller, product utlilisation and licensing in a dashboard and customer analytics (on total / recent customers and end points, and breakdown by product).
Export billing data to accurately bill customers on their usage, in line with license changes.
Training courses and resource material are available to iCall Suite partners. Partners can register interest in receiving further details on training courses on our Tollring Academy website.
